Darcy Sczepanik graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University in 2007 with degrees in Biology and Psychology. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston in 2012, also graduating Summa Cum Laude.
While in optometry school, she received letters of clinical excellence in the ocular disease, primary care, pediatric, and contact lens rotations. She is also a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and the Alpha Chi International Honor Society.
After graduation, Darcy completed her residency in ocular disease at the Eye Center of Texas and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry in 2013. She is a current member of the Texas Optometry Association and Harris County Optometric Society. In her spare time, she loves to travel, paint, and cook.
