Randall N. Reichle, O.D., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Reichle is a 1976 graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry.  He has retired as one of the founding partners in the Eye Center of Texas Co-Management Center practice in Houston. Dr. Reichle is a board-certified diplomat of the American Board of Optometry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.  He served as president of the Texas Optometric Association, 1992-1993 and was vice-chair of the Texas Optometry Board of Examiners for twelve years.  Dr. Reichle was a member of the Eyecare Technical Advisory Panel of the National Quality Forum, representing the Optometric profession.  He also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston College of Optometry.

Dr. Reichle was in private practice in Houston for fifteen years prior to founding Eye Center of Texas. Dr. Reichle was named the 2010 “Texas Optometrist of the Year” by the Texas Optometric Association and the 2010 “National Optometrist of the Year” by the American Optometric Association. He was also selected the University of Houston College of Optometry 2010 Alumnus of the Year. He has authored numerous articles for Optometric and healthcare journals and lectures nationally on patient care and practice management.
