Vivian La, O.D.
Embracing her native roots in the vibrant city of Houston, Dr. Vivian La exudes an unwavering enthusiasm to contribute to her hometown’s eye care landscape. Dr. La is a therapeutic optometrist, specializing in the intricate realm of ocular disease and management. She earned a Doctor of Optometry from The University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Marketing from The University of Houston.
Dr. La’s clinical training includes the Community Eye Clinic which extends compassionate eye care to the underprivileged community of Fort Worth, TX. She then completed a clinical rotation at the Eye Center of Texas. Upon graduation, she decided to return to Eye Center of Texas to embark on a rigorous and comprehensive residency in ocular disease and refractive surgery, which provided an immersive experience in navigating the complexities of ocular health and surgical interventions.
Outside of her work, Dr. La enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring diverse cuisines.
